In March, we rolled out Robustshop Shop, our online store. Well, we were not really happy with the items we were selling. Although they were great items, we believed that they did not truly reflect our mission to helping people live strong, healthy and vigorous lives. We decided to revamp and offer more food and wellness items. Due to the nature of the items, most are only available by the case, in masse. But that is just more of a reason to stock up on the things you love, that love you back. We have over three thousand items that are Organic, Vegan, Kosher, GMO, and/or Environment Friendly. A NEW ROBUST YEAR OF COMMITMENT

There is nothing like a new year to conjure up all of the possibilities in life. Like freshly fallen snow, we can not wait to make our mark on it. And like freshly fallen snow, it is soon a mess.

To make possibilities into goals into realities, we have to do something that is not talked about much in our society. We have to make a commitment. A true commitment.

Recall all of the commitments you have in life. What is the one thing that they have in common? They have a real repercussions if they are not met.

Your marriage, your job, your children; everything where there is a true commitment have severe repercussions if the challenges are not met. So it should be when we set goals for our lives. If there are no repercussions most likely these goals will not be met. If there is no price to pay, we give up too easily.

So as you make your goals for 2018, make sure there is a real price to be paid for not meeting that goal. If you are an average American, you watch too much TV or spend too much time on social media. Why not make yourself earn entertainment time?

If your goal is to lose 50lbs, why not allow yourself 1 hour of entertainment for every health goal met the day before? Follow eating plan = 1 hour. Follow exercise regime = 1 hour. Healthy grocery shopping = 1 hour. Soon you will wean yourself off of social entertainment and on to healthier living.
